When I opened my own salon in 2014, I worked at all hours of the day because I thought I had to say yes to every customer I could get in order to be successful. The result was that I had many customers, but also that I was completely drained already after a year.

I quickly realized that my business could only be successful if I made a change starting with myself first. I created balance within, focused on a healthy body and mind and felt in control of my choices.

I now know WHO I am, WHAT I can do and not least HOW to do it, so it is nourishing for both me and my customers. I sell more, provide better service, and have a much higher self-esteem - and I want to show you how you can achieve the same.
